1 head broccolibroccoli
1/2 lb swiss cheese, gratedswiss-cheese
2 green onions, choppedscallion
1/2 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugarsugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegarapple-cider-vinegar
1 dash cayenne pepperpepper
1/2 lb bacon, fried crisp and crumbledbacon

Instructions (7 steps)

01Wash the broccoli and cut the florets into bite sized pieces.
02Combine broccoli with the cheese in a large bowl.
03Add the green onions and toss well.
04In a small bowl whisk together the mayo, sugar, vinegar and cayenne.
05Pour over the broccoli mixture and stir well.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

07Just before serving stir in half the bacon and sprinkle the other half on top.
