DD#1 (the chef)brought this recipe home from a co-worker. I thought what a unique way to coat anything! I hate fish but cant wait to try this on chicken tenders. Dont think it could get much easier than this!

1/2 cup mayonnaisemayonnaise
2 cups finely crushed pretzelspretzels

Instructions (5 steps)

01Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
02Brush both sides of fillets with mayonnaise.
03Coat with crushed pretzels pressing in if needed.
04Place in a lightly greased baking pan.
05Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
