This is one of my favorite pizza recipes. I stole the idea from a local grocery store deli that stopped making this pizza several years ago. I think this is just as good as what they sold.

1 prepared pizza crust, or make your own
1/4 cup cauliflowercauliflower
1/4 cup broccolibroccoli
1/8 cup shredded carrotcarrot
1/8 cup red bell pepper, choppedbell-pepper
1/4 cup mushroommushroom
2 cups mozzarella cheesemozzarella
4 ounces cream cheesecream-cheese
1/4 cup ranch salad dressing
2 tablespoons sour creamsour-cream

Instructions (5 steps)

01In a bowl, mix the sour cream, ranch dressing, and cream cheese together (this may make more than enough sauce for the pizza- I'm estimating from memory) until mixture is smooth.
02Spread mixture evenly on top of pizza crust.
03Spread vegetables evenly across pizza.
04Cover pizza with cheese.
