2 cups sugarsugar
2 cups shredded zucchinizucchini
1 cup vegetable oilvegetable-oil
2 teaspoons vanillavanilla
3 cups flourflour

Instructions (9 steps)

01Preheat oven to 325* and grease bottom only of two 9 x 5 bread pans.
02Beat eggs until foamy.
03Stir in sugar, zucchini, oil and vanilla.
04Combine dry ingredients and spices and gradually add to wet ingredients.
