Greek Chicken Skewers

• ¼ cups Olive Oilolive-oil
• 2 cloves Garlic, Mincedgarlic
• 1 whole Lemon, Juicedlemon
• 1 teaspoon Thymethyme
• 1 teaspoon Oreganooregano
• ½ teaspoons Saltsalt
• ¼ teaspoons Pepperpepper
• 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Cubedchicken-breast

1. 01In a large zip lock bag comine all ingredients for the marinade (everything except the chicken).
2. 02Cut up the chicken breasts into cubes. Put the chicken in the marinade. Massage the marinade into the chicken and put in the fridge for 20 minutes. Place the chicken onto skewers. Place kababs on the bbq for 12–15 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
3. 03You can eat as-is or place the chicken into a pocket pita with fresh veggies such as lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and black olives. Top with fresh tzatziki sauce.
