Ingredients (8)

6 large eggs, beatenegg
1 1/2 cups heavy creamheavy-cream
salt, to tastesalt
freshly ground fresh coarse ground black pepper, to tastepepper
2 cups fresh Baby Spinach, chopped & packedspinach
1 lb bacon, cooked & crumbledbacon
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheeseswiss-cheese
1 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crusts, fitted to a 9-inch glass pie plate

Instructions (6 steps)

01Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02Combine the eggs, cream, salt and pepper in food processor or blender.
03Layer the spinach, bacon and cheese in the bottom of the pie crust.
04The pour egg mixture on top.
05Bake for 35-40 minutes until the egg mixture is set.

06Cut into 8 wedges and serve.
