World Peace Through Frosting

• ¾ cups Sugarsugar
• ¼ cups All-purpose Flourflour
• 3 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa
• 1 cup Milkmilk
• 1 cup Butter, Softenedbutter
• 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extractvanilla-extract
• 4 ounces, weight Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, Melted And Cooled

1. 01In 2-quart saucepan, combine sugar, flour and cocoa. With a wire whisk, gradually stir in the milk until smooth. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until mixture has thickened and boils. Reduce heat to low; cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; cool completely. In a medium bowl, with the mixer at medium speed, beat the butter until creamy. Gradually beat in the milk mixture, melted chocolate and vanilla.
2. 02Caution: this is NOT sickly sweet but it is highly addictive! It will never outshine your cake. It is VERY smooth and creamy!
