1 1/2 lbs ground beefground-beef
1 1/2 onions, slicedonion
1 garlic clove, mincedgarlic
2 tablespoons flourflour
salt & peppersalt-and-pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprikapaprika
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup or 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soupcream
1 cup sour creamsour-cream

Instructions (6 steps)

01Brown ground beef; drain fat.
02Add onions and garlic. Stir until wilted.
03Add flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Mixing well.
04Stir in undiluted soup; mix well.
05Put all in crock pot on low for 6 hours. When you get ready to serve add sliced mushrooms and sour cream.
