2 lbs ground beefground-beef
1 onion, finely choppedonion
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsleyparsley
1/2 teaspoon mintmint
1/4 teaspoon marjorammarjoram
3/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon pepperpepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cumincumin
24 bamboo skewers or 24 metal skewers

Instructions (8 steps)

01Mix together all ingredients until blended.
02Chill for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
03If using bamboo skewers, soak them for 35 minutes to an hour.
04Oil your hands, and divide meat into 24 portions.
05Take one portion and shape into an elongated patty like a torpedo and run a skewer through it.
