1/2 teaspoon turbinado sugarsugar
1 teaspoon good aged balsamic vinegarvinegar
5 basil leavesbasil
1 1/2 ounces bourbonbourbon
2 ounces ginger beerginger-beer

Instructions (2 steps)

01Muddle sugar, vinegar and 4 basil leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add bourbon and ice and shake to dissolve sugar.
02Strain over ice into old-fashioned glass, top with ginger beer and garnish with basil. Serve.
