1 cup vegetable oilvegetable-oil
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
4 eggsegg
2 cups shredded zucchinizucchini
1/2 cup chopped walnutswalnut

Instructions (6 steps)

01Mix dry ingredients.
02Combine oil and eggs with vanilla; add to dry ingredients, mix well.
03Add zucchini, stir until combined well.
04Fold in walnuts.
