1 kg fresh large green shrimp, 2 lbs (shrimps)shrimp
1/2 cup soy saucesoy-sauce
1/3 cup green onion, choppedscallion
1/4 cup sesame oilsesame-oil
1/4 cup waterwater
3 cloves garlicgarlic
1 1/2 teaspoons ground gingerginger
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmegnutmeg

Instructions (5 steps)

01Shell and wash the prawns leaving the tails intact.
02Combine all ingredients except prawns, mixing well, in a bowl.
03Add prawns, cover and marinate for 1-2 hours.
04Remove from marinade.
05Cook in the BBQ with lid on for 8-15 minutes, or until cooked through (DO NOT OVERCOOK), depending on size.
