2 teaspoons finely minced garlicgarlic
1 tablespoon Dijon mustarddijon-mustard
1/2 cup balsamic vinegarbalsamic-vinegar
1/4 cup hot waterwater
1 tablespoon sugarsugar
1 tablespoon olive oilolive-oil
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

Instructions (5 steps)

01In a small bowl or food processor combine garlic and mustard until well mixed.
02Whisk in balsamic vinegar, hot water and sugar.
03Slowly add in olive oil mixing until emulsified.
04Add salt and pepper to taste. Use immediately or cover and refrigerate.
05Feel free to substitute different vinegars and seasoning to your own taste.
