3 cups flourflour
1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamoncinnamon
1 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1 teaspoon saltsalt
1/4 teaspoon baking powderbaking-powder
3 eggsegg
2 cups sugarsugar
1 cup oiloil
1 tablespoon vanillavanilla
2 cups diced apples (, without skins)apple
1/2 cup chopped walnutswalnut
1 teaspoon flourflour

Instructions (7 steps)

01Mix flour, cinnamon, soda, salt and baking powder together.
02Beat eggs and add sugar and oil.
03Add vanilla and dry ingredients.
04Stir in apples.
05Mix walnuts in a tsp of flour and add to batter.

06Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.

07Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
