Instructions (5 steps)

01Using a fine mesh strainer, rinse the rice well and drain.
02Add the rinsed rice to the pot, along with an equal amount of water.
03Cook on high manual pressure for 10 minutes.
04Allow the pot to release naturally (Note: mine took about 9 minutes for 1 cup or rice, FYI. It may take slightly longer for 2 or 3 cups.)
05Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
