Mexican Beef and Bean Casserole

• 1 pound Lean Ground Beefground-beef
• 2 cans (16 Oz Each) Pinto Beanspinto-beans
• 1 can (8 Oz. Can) Tomato Saucetomato-sauce
• ½ cups Mild Or Medium Chunky Style Salsasalsa
• 1 teaspoon Chili Powderchili-powder
• 2 cups Shredded Colby-jack Cheesecolby-jack-cheese

1. 011. Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Brown the ground beef over medium heat; when it’s browned, drain grease. 3. Rinse and drain beans in a strainer. 4. Mix beef, beans, tomato sauce, salsa, and chili powder in an ungreased baking dish. 5. Cover with lid (or aluminum foil) and bake for 40 minutes. 6. Remove the lid (or aluminum foil) and sprinkle cheese on top. 7. Continue baking uncovered for about 5-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
