This is a great easy marinade for Salmon. My sister-in-law made it for us and we all loved it. Note that the cooking time depends on the size and thickness of the salmon filet, you will just have to watch carefully. Prep time includes marinade time.

4 (6 -8 ounce) salmon filletssalmon
1/2 cup olive oilolive-oil
1/4 cup honeyhoney
1/4 cup Dijon mustarddijon-mustard
4 garlic cloves (minced or chopped)garlic
2 teaspoons dill (fresh is best)dill

Instructions (5 steps)

01Mix Olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard and garlic together.
02Sprinkle dill on the front and back of the salmon filets.
03Marinate the dill-sprinkled salmon for at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
04Preheat oven to 350.
05Cook marinated salmon for 12-20 minutes, once again depending on the size of the filets, watch carefully.
