Velveeta is called a "Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product". I'm not exactly sure what means, but I do know it makes one heck of a good grilled cheese sandwich.

8 slices white breadbread
6 ounces Velveeta cheese, sliced
8 teaspoons mayonnaisemayonnaise

Instructions (4 steps)

01Top four of the bread slices with cheese slices. Cover with remaining bread slices.
02Spread outside of sandwich evenly with mayonnaise.
03Cook in skillet on medium heat until lightly browned on both sides.
04Cut each sandwich on diagonal from corner to corner. Serve with dill pickle slices and chips.
