Southwestern Sausage Quiche

• ½ pounds Sausagesausage
• 2 whole Eggsegg
• ¼ cups Ranch Dressingranch-dressing
• ¼ cups Sour Creamsour-cream
• ⅓ cups Milkmilk
• 1-½ cup Cheddar Cheese, Gratedcheddar
• 1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles (Ro*Tel), Drainedtomato
• 1 whole Unbaked 9-inch Deep Dish Pie Shell

1. 01Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. 02In a large skillet, cook sausage until well browned, stirring frequently. Drain grease and set aside.
3. 03Whisk eggs, ranch dressing, sour cream and milk. Add sausage, cheese and Rotel. Stir to combine. Pour egg mixture into prepared pie crust.
4. 04Bake 1 hour. Allow quiche to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
