3 avocados, ripeavocado
12 ounces small shrimp, well drainedshrimp
seafood sauce, to taste
1 small lemon, juice oflemon
salt, to tastesalt
cayenne pepper, totastepepper
iceberg lettuce leaficeberg
chopped parsley (to garnish)parsley

Instructions (5 steps)

01Cut the avocado's in half and remove the stones.
02Dip the edges in lemon juice. Season with salt and Cayenne pepper.
03Place avocado's on a bed of lettuce leaves.
04Fill with shrimps and spoon seafood sauce on the top of each one.
05Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
