01Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
02Generously grease 12-cup bundt cake pan.
03Mix flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and 1/4 cup butter until crumbly.
04Stir in chocolate chips; set aside.
05Blend cake mix (dry), eggs, water, and 1/2 cup butter in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, until moistened, about 1/2 minute.

06Beat on medium speed, scraping bowl frequently, 3 minutes.

08Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan; sprinkle with reserved crumbly mixture.

09Pour remaining batter over crumbly mixture.

10Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
