1 package yellow cake mixyellow-cake-mix
4 eggsegg
1 (3 ounce) box lemon Jell-O gelatingelatin
3/4 cup oiloil
3/4 cup waterwater
1 box powdered sugarsugar
2 lemons, juice and rind oflemon

Instructions (8 steps)

01Mix all cake ingredients together for about 4 minutes.
02Pour into greased and floured 9x13 cake pan.
03Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
04While cake is baking, mix icing together.
05It will be thin.
06When the cake comes out of the oven, gently poke holes all over with a fork.
