Bethany’s Banana Bread

• ¾ cups Butterbutter
• 1-½ cup Sugarsugar
• 3 whole Medium Bananasbanana
• 2 whole Eggs, Well Beatenegg
• 1 teaspoon Vanillavanilla
• 1 teaspoon Baking Sodabaking-soda
• 2 cups All-purpose Flourflour
• ½ cups Buttermilk (or Sour Cream)buttermilk
• ¾ cups Chopped Walnuts (optional)walnut

1. 01In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Mash the bananas, then add them to the butter/sugar mix. Add the eggs and vanilla. Blend well.
2. 02In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients. Add to the banana mixture, alternating with the buttermilk. Add the walnuts if you want! Mix well. Pour the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan. Makes 2 loaves.
3. 03Bake at 325F for 1-1 1/4 hours.
