I found this recipe at the supermarket hanging off the deli counter. I use it mostly on the BBQ. Hoi Sin sauce also known is Chinese barbeque sauce. Can be found pre-made in a jar at the supermarket.

1/4 cup hoisin saucehoisin-sauce
1 garlic clove, crushedgarlic
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, gratedginger
2 tablespoons soy saucesoy-sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oilsesame-oil
1 kg chicken wingschicken-wings

Instructions (2 steps)

01Combine hoi sin sauce, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and seasme oil in a bowl. Add chicken wing pieces, mix, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
02Place on a rack in a baking dish, lines with foil. Bake at 180oC for 30-45 minutes until cooked through.
