2 teaspoons powdered milkmilk
2 teaspoons chili powderchili-powder
1 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
1 teaspoon garlic saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustardmustard
1/2 cup milkmilk
1 (3 1/2 lb) frying chickens, cut upchicken

Instructions (6 steps)

01In plastic bag mix first 6 ingredients.
02Put milk in a bowl.
03Dip chicken in milk, then shake in the bag.
04Coat well.
05Put chicken in a 13x9 pan sprayed with cooking spray.
06Bake, uncovered at 375* for 50 minutes or until juices run clear.
