Slow-Cooker Butter Beef

• 1 whole Chuck Roast 3 1/2 Lbs
• 1 stick Butter, Meltedbutter
• 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
• ½ cups Red Winered-wine

1. 011. Cut the chuck roast into bite-sized chunks (like stew meat size).
2. 022 Add melted butter, soup mix, and wine to the crock pot and mix all together.
3. 033. Add cut up meat and mix.
4. 044. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is fork tender.
5. 05I serve this over egg noodles or rice.
