5 -6 boneless skinless chicken breastschicken-breast
1/2-1 cup margarinemargarine
salt & peppersalt-and-pepper
3 -3 1/2 cups cheese crackers, crushed

Instructions (9 steps)

01Dip chicken in melted margarine.
02Salt and pepper.
03Then coat with crushed cheese crackers.
04Place in baking dish and cover tightly with foil.
05Bake in 300° oven for 1 or 1-1/4 hours.
06DO NOT uncover until cooking time is over.
07This is great to make ahead and refrigerate.
08Then all you have to do is put in oven before dinner.
