This is the one with cocoa. Cocoa adds richness and more depth of flavor. It won't make your tacos taste like chocolate, I promise. This seasoning is low in sodium, easily made gluten-free, and free of MSG and other additives.
04Notes: 1. If you don’t have coriander, it won’t be the end of the world. 2. You can leave the flour/cornstarch out, but it helps to make saucier taco meat, if that’s what you want. If you leave it out, use less of the seasoning in your dishes because the mix is more potent that way.
