1/2 cup butter, softenedbutter
3/4 cup sugarsugar
2/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packedbrown-sugar
2 large egg whitesegg
1 1/4 cups chunky peanut butterchunky-peanut-butter
1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extractvanilla
1 cup all-purpose flourflour
1/2 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
5 (2 1/8 ounce) butterfinger candy bars, chopped

Instructions (11 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.
02In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
03Add egg whites; beat well.
04Blend in peanut butter and vanilla.
05Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
