2 cups waterwater
1 cup long-grain white ricewhite-rice
1 cinnamon stickcinnamon
1 12-ounce can evaporated milkmilk
1 10-ounce can condensed milkmilk
1 cup whole milkmilk
Ground cinnamon, for sprinklingcinnamon

Instructions (9 steps)

01Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a pot over high heat.
02Add the rice and cinnamon stick, and return to a boil.
03Lower the heat to low, cover and cook for 18 minutes, until the rice is soft.
04Discard the cinnamon stick.
05Mix in the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and whole milk.
06Cook over medium-high heat until boiling. Reduce the heat and stir constantly for 20 minutes until thickened.
