01In medium saucepan, warm corn slightly covered in water to about room temperature.
02DO NOT OVER COOK.
03Drain corn, place back in pan.
04Add butter and cream cheese.
05Cook, stirring over medium heat only until melted, add salt and pepper.
06Pour into serving bowl and sprinkle slight amount of parsley for color.
