Baked Lemon Haddock

• 2 haddock filletshaddock
• 1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
• 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, meltedmargarine
• 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakesdried-parsley-flakes
• 2 teaspoons lemon juicelemon-juice
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powdergarlic-powder
• cayenne pepperpepper

1. 01Cut fish into serving-size pieces.
2. 02Place in a greased 11x7x2" baking dish.
3. 03Combine remaining ingredients.
4. 04Sprinkle over fish.
5. 05Bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
