6 beef hot dogs, sliced
4 tablespoons oiloil
1/2 cup chopped oniononion
1 teaspoon garlic saltsalt
1/2 teaspoon pepperpepper
4 large potatoes, peeled and dicedpotato
2 ounces shredded cheddar cheesecheddar

Instructions (6 steps)

01In large skillet, saute dogs in oil until browned.
02Add onion, garlic salt, and pepper; cook 1 minute.
03Add potatoes and cook on med, turning potatoes occasionally.
04Continue cooking until potatoes are tender and browned.
05Sprinkle with cheese.
06Cover and let the cheese melt into the potatoes.
