06Drain.07Rinse under cold water.08Drain.09Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.10Add all but 2 tablespoons green onions; sauté 30 seconds.11Add rice and sauté until heated through, stirring to break pieces, about 4 minutes.12Add peas, lemon juice, parsley, and lemon peel.13Sauté 2 minutes to blend flavors.14Garnish with remaining green onions and serve immediately.
