4 medium yams, cooked,peeled,cooled slightly or 1 (1 lb) can yamyam
1/4 cup butterbutter
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugarsugar
1/4 cup Kahlua

Instructions (6 steps)

01Cut yams in serving size pieces.
02In heavy skillet, melt butter with sugar.
03Add Kahlua; cook 1 minute.
04Add yams; turn until brown on all sides.
05Cover, reduce heat; cook about 15 minutes.
06Turn yams once more before serving.
