2 tablespoons shallots, choppedshallot
1 lb fresh asparagus, bottoms snapped, sliced diagonally into 1-inch piecesasparagus
2 cups sliced fresh mushroomsmushroom
salt & peppersalt-and-pepper
4 tablespoons coriander, fresh, choppedcoriander

Instructions (4 steps)

01Melt butter/margarine in a wok or heavy skillet. Add mushrooms and sauté, stirring until they are browned evenly.
02Add asparagus and sauté, stirring for 1 minute.
03Add salt, pepper and shallots; sauté 1/2 minute.
04Sprinkle with the coriander and serve.
