01In a saucepan, mix condensed milk and chocolate pieces.
02Stir constantly over low heat until chocolate melts.
03Cool to room Temperature.
04Fold in the whipped cream.
05Use now, or store covered in the fridge for up to one week.
06To make the hot chocolate spoon a 1/4 cup of chocolate mix into a mug, add 1/2 cup of hot milk, stir and enjoy.
