6 large russet potatoes, bakedpotato
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, meltedmargarine
2 tablespoons taco seasoningtaco-seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheesecheddar
15 slices bacon, cooked and crumbledbacon
3 green onions, choppedscallion
salsasalsa
sour creamsour-cream

Instructions (8 steps)

01Cut each potato lengthwise into quarters.
02With a spoon, scoop out the pulp, leaving a 1/4 inch shell and discard pulp.
03In a small bowl, mix together the butter and taco seasoning.
04Brush butter mixture over both sides of the potato skins.
05Place skin side down on a greased baking sheet.

Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, and onions.

07Bake at 350 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

08Serve with salsa and sour cream.
