2 eggs (slightly beaten)egg
4 tablespoons Miracle Whip
2 tablespoons Dijon mustarddijon-mustard
2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)lemon
1/2 cup onion (finely diced)onion
1/4 cup bell pepper (finely diced)
2 teaspoons cayenne pepperpepper
1 teaspoon red curry powder
1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 teaspoon roasted garlicgarlic

1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce

1/4 cup flourflour

Instructions (4 steps)

01Mix all ingredients like you would if you were making a meatloaf.

Shape into patties.

03Dredge patties in the cornmeal mixture and fry until crunchy.
