Ingredients (8)

1 cup sugarsugar
1/2 cup whole milkmilk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsalted butterbutter
1 teaspoon vanilla extractvanilla-extract
3 cups rolled oatsrolled-oats
1 cup flaked coconutcoconut
1 1/4 cups mini marshmallowsmarshmallow

Instructions (8 steps)

01Line cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
02Place sugar, milk, cocoa powder and butter into a large heavy saucepan.
03Stir over medium heat until well combined.
04Turn heat to high and boil rapidly for 1 minute and take off heat.
05Add vanilla, rolled oats, coconut and marshmallows.
06Stir until marshmallows are melted.

07Drop using a tablespoon on cookie sheet rough shaped into round cookies.

08Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, remove from sheet and store them back in the refrigerator.
