Hard Crust Lean Bread Recipe

• dry yeast: 3/4 tsp
• strong white bread flour: 300g
• salt: 1 tsp
• water: 220ml

1. 01Take the bread pan with the kneading blade out of the breadmaker and add in all the ingredients in the top-to-bottom order.
2. 02Place the bread pan back into the breadmaker, close the lid, select menu 6 and press start.
3. 03When your bread is done, take it out and let it cool down.
