Garlic-Infused Oil

• 2 cups olive oilolive-oil
• 1 head garlicgarlic

1. 01Heat &frac14 cup of the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. 02Add the garlic cloves and sauté 1 min with stirring.
3. 03Be careful not to burn the garlic.
4. 04Add the rest of the olive oil and turn down the heat to medium-low.
5. 05Cook for 2-3 min with stirring.
6. 06Remove from the heat and let the oil cool down in the pan.
7. 07This allows the oil to infuse further.
8. 08Once the oil has cooled down, filter through a fine strainer.
9. 09Put the oil in a closed container and refrigerate immediately.
