1/4 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamoncinnamon
1 (8 ounce) can tomato saucetomato-sauce
1 (15 ounce) can peaches, drained (reserve 1/4 cup of the syrup)peach
1/4 cup apple cider vinegarapple-cider-vinegar
salt and peppersalt-and-pepper

Instructions (5 steps)

01Place browned pork chops in crock pot; season with salt and pepper.
02Place peaches on top of pork chops.
03Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, tomato sauce, syrup and vinegar.
04Pour over pork chops and peaches.
05Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
