3 egg whitesegg
1 (16 ounce) package powdered sugar, sifted (about 4 3/4 cups)sugar
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartarcream-of-tartar

Instructions (3 steps)

01In a large mixing bowl combine egg whites, powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream of tarter.
02Beat with an electric mixer on high speed for 7 to 10 minutes or till very stiff.
03Use at once, covering icing in bowl at all times with wet paper towel to prevent from drying.
