4 lbs lean country-style spareribs
1/2 cup soy saucesoy-sauce
1/2 cup chili saucechili-sauce
2 tablespoons honeyhoney
2 tablespoons sherry winesherry
2 cloves garlic, crushedgarlic
4 green onions, choppedscallion

Instructions (4 steps)

01Arrange ribs in one layer in baking dish.
02Combine soy sauce, chilli sauce, honey sherry garlic& onion.
03Brush on ribs and marinate overnight.
04Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours basting occasionally.
