1 (16 ounce) can pumpkinpumpkin
4 large eggsegg
2 cups flour (perfect)flour
2 teaspoons baking sodabaking-soda
2 teaspoons baking powderbaking-powder
1/2 teaspoon saltsalt
2 teaspoons cinnamoncinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmegnutmeg
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheesecream-cheese
1/2 cup butterbutter
2 -3 cups powdered sugarsugar
1 teaspoon vanillavanilla

Instructions (7 steps)

01Beat oil, sugar, pumpkin and eggs until blended.
02Add remaining dry ingredients gradually.
03Prepare 9x13 pan.
04Spread batter in pan and bake in 350° oven for 25-30 minutes.

05Cool.

06For frosting, cream all ingredients together until well blended--smooth and creamy.

07Frost bars.
