this recipe was divinely inspired. i threw it together while cooking an impromptu dinner at my house along with two friends. i have been trying to create a delicious spinach or greens dish for a while now, and finally, success!

1 lb fresh spinach (or other greens)spinach
1 bunch cilantrocilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground cumincumin
1/2 teaspoon ground coriandercoriander
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1/8 teaspoon cayennecayenne
1 tablespoon mustard seedsmustard-seed
2 tablespoons gheeghee
1/4 cup chopped oniononion

Instructions (8 steps)

01wash, chop, and steam spinach.
02wash and chop cilantro, discarding lower stems.
03heat ghee in saucepan on medium-high setting.
04once ghee is hot, add mustard seed.
05once mustard seeds pop, add chopped onion and sautee till translucent.
