3/4 cup brown sugarbrown-sugar
1/4 cup margarinemargarine
3 1/2 tablespoons corn syrupcorn-syrup
1/4 teaspoon saltsalt
1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spicepumpkin-pie-spice
1/2 teaspoon gingerginger
1/4 teaspoon allspiceallspice
1/4 teaspoon baking sodabaking-soda

Instructions (6 steps)

01Dissolve the sugar, margarine, corn syrup and salt until firm ball stage.
02Remove from heat and add spices and baking soda.
03Pour over popcorn, stirring well.
04Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake at 250ºF 45-50 minutes stirring every 15 minutes until done.
05Cool.
