01Remove sausage casings& cut into 1/2" pieces.
02In large kettle, cook sausage over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink.

03Remove with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2 T.

04drippings in the pan.

05Saute pepper, onion and garlic 4-5 minutes or until tender.

06Add the water, tomatoes, sugar, Worcestershire, bouillon, salt, basil, thyme, oregano& sausage.

07Bring to a boil; add pasta.

08Reduce heat& simmer uncovered 18-22 minutes or until pasta is tender.

09Serve w/ grated cheese on top, if desired.
