2 cups All-purpose Flourflour
2 teaspoons Baking Powderbaking-powder
½ teaspoons Saltsalt
1 cup Sugarsugar
⅓ cups Butter, Room Temperaturebutter
2 whole Eggsegg
1 cup Mashed Ripe Bananas (about 2 Med Ones)banana
1 teaspoon Vanillavanilla
1 cup Fresh Blueberries (rinse And Pat Dry)blueberry

Instructions (8 steps)

01Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a tray with muffin cup papers.
02Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together with a wire whisk.
03Add butter, eggs, bananas and vanilla.
04Mix on low until just combined.
05Fold in blueberries. Reserve some to place on the tops of the muffins.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

07Serve while still warm with butter.

08Makes 12-15 muffins.
